Use of the site
Mindstair is free for personal study. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish the site's content in bulk, or use the site in a way that harms it or other users. Teachers may share links to the site with their students.
Age
The site is intended for users age 13 and older. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Use a username that isn't offensive or someone else's name; we may remove usernames or accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
Accuracy
We work to keep every guide and question accurate, but the content is provided "as is" for study practice and may contain mistakes. It isn't official course or exam material. SAT practice test scores are estimates and don't predict an official score. If you find an error, please tell us.
Trademarks
SAT and AP are trademarks registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, Mindstair. Other names belong to their owners.
Ads and links
The site shows third-party ads and may link to other sites. We aren't responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mindstair isn't liable for any damages from using or not being able to use the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
